Airport Infrastructure Grant Program
Louisiana airports are set to receive $180m over five years from the Airport Infrastructure Grant program to be invested in runways, taxiways, safety and sustainability projects, as well as terminal, airport-transit connections and roadway projects. 51 Louisiana airports will receive funding.

$5 billion in discretionary funding is also available over five years for airport terminal development projects that address the aging infrastructure of our nation’s airports, including projects that expand accessibility for persons with disabilities, improve access for historically disadvantaged populations, improve energy efficiency, and improve airfield safety.
